The cottage is structured on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen and a small bathroom with washbasin and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the one with sea view has access to a glass-enclosed balcony and the spiral staircase leading to the solarium, for breakfasts and dinners that will remain in your memory for a long time, among the most beautiful memories! The bathroom has a shower. The house is completed by a garden that extends on three sides of the cottage, a wooden gazebo equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, a BBQ and a pizza oven.

The Municipality of Santa Marinella provides a subsidy for non-residents. The condition for the contribution is the overnight stay in non-hotel accommodation located in the territory of Santa Marinella. The contribution is 1,50 per person for the first 10 nights, excluding children under 12 years of age.

This amount will be collected at check-in.

For stays of more than 30 days, a rental contract for transitional use must be signed
