Description
A nice private double room with all you need provided; a good comfy double bed (French size), your own little desk and a relax chair. For your clothing and other belongings sliders, shelves and a clothing rack is present. Plus the room itself, as an extra, has its own washbasin and eventualy bathrobes for rent! The walls are nicely decorated with some fine (Belgian) art. You'll always be welcomed with some tasteful tea, coffee and water.
The rooms are on the first floor, downstairs you can find the common areas. Feel free to share the living room and kitchen (on appointement between 8h & 21h30). And, if you need me, you can find me here too. I''ll be there as much as possible to help you out

As RumpusRoom wants to support local food production and work sustainable, we work with as much local, artisanal suppliers and as eco-friendly as possible. Delicious bread from the bakery around the corner, jam from new entrepreneurs in town, typical Belgian spreads and maybe homemade granola? Every chose we make for breakfast will be done carefully and with respect for nature. We will always search for the best organic ingredients. Breakfast will be mostly veggy. If you're vegan or if you really can't get through the day without your daily slice of bacon let me know and we adapt free of any extra charge. Price per person/per night

My name is Ina , as I am very curious about people and culture I like to connect to people of all different kinds and places. So yes I like to travel of course, but even more it's all about sharing and meeting new ones en new things. During my years as a arthistory student at university I worked parttime at the youthostel of Ghent. The first money I gained was totally spent to my first traveladventures, connecting, discovering and having my first hostel and couchsurf experiences. I became an active couchsurf host myself and later an airbnb host because I liked it so much having people coming over, getting to know their stories and their countries. As a guest I liked to stay in people homes and experience the real local life...Many of them became friends and I still treasure a lot of all these chats and personal tips and invitations.
I' m always in search of the hidden secrets in other cities but also in my own neighborhood and country! I'm an adventurous explorer with a special interest in architecture, photography, film, graphic design, let's say art in general ...and I love to enjoy the beauty and force of nature! I created RumpusRoom as a tiny guesthouse with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere where you can feel at home. It's a charming, comfy place to enjoy peaceful and restful nights. As a traveler and creative person I like to guide you through Belgian cultural identity in its widest form as I believe curiosity, sharing and connecting are key values to life.
