The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge, an induction stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.



Meals and breakfast are not provided.



In the living room/kitchen there is a sofa bed (mattress width: 140 cm [55 in]) and a 40 inch full HD TV (Italian and German channels).



The bathroom has a large multifunction shower cabin.



In the laundry room there is a 6 kg washing machine.



At guests' disposal, pots and pans, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper.



Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in the apartment.



A travel cot, complete with sheets, and a table booster seat for a baby are available on request.

The price of the stay also includes the Tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Bolzano.

In our apartment we try to follow principles of environmental sustainability.



In addition to applying strict compliance with local waste recycling regulations, we try to use appliances with a high energy efficiency class (and, if they need to be replaced, we undertake to do so with better energy class appliances); the same goes for low energy impact light bulbs.



To avoid the use of plastic sachets, soaps and shampoo are distributed through dispensers in the apartment.



For electricity contracts, we turned to a local supplier, who for the company mission undertakes to make use of clean energy as much as possible (mostly electricity produced in the Province by hydroelectric plants).



We also provide our guests with the Bolzano-Bozen card for the entire period of their stay: the card entitles you to free use of public transport in the province, and therefore allows us to promote sustainable mobility.
