Casale Pergolino is the perfect place for lovers of relaxation, history, tranquility, for artists of all kinds, for a romantic getaway or for families; immersed in a picturesque panorama among the famous hilly countryside on the border with Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.
Perfect for families, you will have at your disposal a completely renovated farmhouse maintaining the style and charm of the time. (1700/1800)
The apartment (about 55 square meters) consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette and a living room with exposed tuff, which guarantees isolation from the summer heat but also from the winter frost.
The apartment is equipped with particular care: inside you will find free wifi, TELEVISION, ceiling fan, clean linen, towels, hairdryer, everything you need to cook (except food). You will also have a garden equipped with barbecue, deckchairs and gazebo that you will find outside to enjoy the sunset, the fresh air, the starry sky and the view.
It enjoys a private parking of the estate a few meters from the entrance of the apartment, located on the 1st floor; it is accessed via a shared staircase with another adjacent apartment.
