Description
The flat is extremely quiet, peaceful and very well equipped. You will find washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning and fast wifi that will make your stay pleasant and equipped with every comfort.
The neighbourhood is lively and has all the necessary services, from supermarkets to shops, banks, bars and restaurants. In addition to the train station there are several bus lines that quickly connect the area to the most important areas of the city.
Within walking distance of the flat there are bus lines 913, 907 and 46 that take you to the centre in a short time.
We can also organise private transfers by minivan.
The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in it.
The Municipality of Rome provides a subsidy for non-residents. A prerequisite for this contribution is an overnight stay in non-hotel accommodation located within the territory of Roma Capitale. The contribution is 3,50 per person for the first 10 nights, excluding children under 10 years of age.
This amount will be collected at check-in.
For stays of more than 30 days, a rental contract for transitional use must be signed
