Description
Welcome to B&B Via Toledo 156
The 1 is a double bedroom with window, bright and welcoming, equipped with central air conditioning, LED monitor 28 with streaming service and free Netflix, USB socket, American / English electric plug, free WiFi, desk, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, safety box and a mini fridge, (2 bottles of water in natural and sparkling glass free every day), baskets for separate collection. Private bathroom with bidet, shower, free toiletries and hairdryer.
Breakfast included with family pastry products always fresh, jams and homemade fruit juices from Campania companies, typical products of the territory and always fresh seasonal fruit, so the availability of a product is linked to its seasonality.
Gluten-free breakfast is also available on request.
Breakfast times are from 8:00 to 10:00.
For our guests who wish to have breakfast in advance of the times indicated above, we issue a ticket agreement with a bar located near the structure at about 50 meters exactly.
Description of the neighborhood
Located in the Plebiscito district of Naples, the Bed And Breakfast Via Toledo 156 is located just 100 meters from the Toledo metro station (one of the most fascinating metro in the world) and 500 meters from the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Theater, just 300 meters there is the central funicular to reach the Vomero and to finish, at about 600 meters there is the port Beverello, to reach the islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida and the Sorrento peninsula.
In addition there are Via Toledo and Via Chiaia, whose streets are full of commercial premises for shopping, street food, trattorias and various clubs.
The structure has an agreement with the "Super Garage" car park located behind the building, below the daily rates, specifically:
• 24h for small cars € 23,00 (E.g. Smart,500,C1 and similar)
• 24h for medium cars € 25.00 (E.g. Punto, Clio, 208 and similar)
• 24h for large cars € 30,00 (ES. 500L,Focus,Giulietta and similar)
• 24h SW/SUV/MINIVAN € 35,00 (E.g. Scenic,Passat,Tiguan and similar)
• Cars (from 7 seats onwards), vans and luxury cars to be agreed by e-mail or wire.
To take advantage of the parking service it is necessary to book at the property, no later than 24H before arrival.
Bike rental rates:
• Hourly rental of muscle bikes: €3,00 (hour/fraction)
• Daily rental (12 hours) muscle bikes: €20,00
• E-Bike hourly rental: €5,00 (hour/fraction)
• Daily rental (12 hours) E-Bike: €25,00
Scooter/electric car rental rates:
• Daily rental (12 hours) Askoll eS3: €35,00
• Daily rental (12 hours) Vespa Elettrica: €35,00
• Daily rental (12 hours) Smart: €45,00
The property has a tour desk and you can book tours and guided tours around the city and its surroundings.
Conditions of stay
Check-in is from 14.00 to 18.00 (possibility to leave your luggage in the structure both before check-in and after check-out)
Check-out before 10:30 AM - If you're late you may be charged for another night
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children under the age of 14 are excluded from the tourist tax
The change of towels is made every 2 days
Bed linen is changed every 5 days
The additional change of towels, if requested, will cost € 5.00

Rooms are cleaned every 1 day. To allow cleaning it is advisable to leave the rooms by 10.30
Final cleaning is included in the price
Notes
- Check-in outside check-in hours carries a surcharge of EUR 10 per person. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
- Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time.
- In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged.
- Upon arrival will be delivered 5 keys supplied, in case of loss of the same there is a penalty of € 100.00.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
- Silence is kindly requested from 23.00 to 08.00
- For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness it is strictly forbidden to consume food in the room
