Description
Pretty apartment situated on the island of Lido 15 minutes from Venice and 5 minutes from the beach. Perfectly connected to the means of transports and excelent for those who must reach the Cinema Palace in a short time. You're welcome! Our apartment, renovated in January 2020, consists in 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two twin beds, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and sofa (sofa bed) and a big terrace for having a lunch or only for relax. On request, it is possible to have the parking area (subject to availability, free of charge) and bicycles (on payment). At the check-in, the guests have to pay the city tax ( 4,00 per adult per night, 2,00 per person 10-15 years old per night, under 10 years is free of charge) and a cleaning fee of 30,00 which is not included in the total price
