Totally renovated private apartment with air conditioning in a historic building. Located in the Sanità district, a central district rich in culture and clubs. With private parking, the apartment is 500 meters from the Metro Line 1 and 2 stops.
The space consists of a bedroom with comfortable and spacious bed, private bathroom and comfortable large living area with kitchen, sofa bed and TV.
Our apartment has private and independent access with armored door, being a historic building is located on the third floor without elevator. The interior spaces are airy and bright: large windows with balconies illuminate every room of the house. Finely restored, the house has heating for the winter season and air conditioning for the summer season. In the kitchen, available to guests, there are all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and crockery. There is free Wi-Fi and Television. In the private bathroom there is a comfortable and spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine available to guests
