7 contrade is a professionally run B&B, the structure is typical of the rural landscape, it is located in the center of Lama, a seaside tourist area well served by all commercial and urban services.



The rooms:

BellaTRASE mini-apartment: double and pouf-bed for any additional guest, variable color relaxation light, private garden, exclusive use of fully furnished and equipped kitchen for independent cooking, private bathroom with shower.



BATTLE: triple, double and single bed, with private garden, variable color relaxation light, en-suite bathroom with shower, chromotherapy-radio-mp3.



CAPITIGNANO: bed of 1 1/2, relaxing light variable color, en-suite bathroom with shower.



The doors of the rooms are equipped with electronic locks that can be opened through dedicated badges that activate the electricity in the rooms.

All have a private bathroom in the room and a private garden equipped for relaxation with table, chairs and umbrella.



The rooms have all the comforts, you will find:

Tris of white towels. Double pillow and white sheets,

HD LED TV, minibar, hairdryer. Electric espresso machine Bialetti, tea/coffee maker.

Electronic safe. Intercom in the room. Free Wi-Fi. Courtesy set.

The rooms are equipped with heating system and air conditioning.

In addition to the brochures and tourist booklets made available to guests, you can consult the tourist information videos available on TV.



Other Information:

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Access to the rooms is independent and without time constraints.

The rooms are cleaned and tidied up every day from 10 am. 00 excluding public holidays.

Linen is changed every 3 days.

The linen is washed, sanitized and ironed at the laundry "LA PROFUMATOSA" with organic products.

On request we provide free of charge: iron and ironing board, camping cot.



Please do not allow strangers to enter the premises.

Please respect the privacy of other guests by avoiding turning up the volume of the TV and radio.

The rules are those of civil common sense: avoid causing damage to things and people, avoid making noise during the hours of rest, from h 23, 00 to h 09.00 and from h 13, 00 to h 17, 00.

Smoking is prohibited in all premises.

We have an agreement with the restaurants "MU GRILL" and "IL PINETA" which apply 15% discounts to our guests. Supermarket CONAD CITY 15% discount on bakery products and ready meals.

Bicycles for walks are available free of charge.



BREAKFAST

Breakfast can be consumed at the partner bar 100 meters from our B & B or served in the room by calling in the morning, about 10 minutes before, directly to the Bar indicating your name and the room occupied.

Breakfast consists of: two hot / cold drinks with a wide choice and hot croissant or other dessert of your choice; for other preferences please agree directly with the Bar Management.

In the room will also be provided free of charge, every day: rusks, biscuits, small packs of nutella, fruit jam, tea, chamomile, sugar, mineral water, fruit juice and in festive periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter etc.) small prosecco
